Laadukas sokerimassa jota on helppo työstää

Massaa on helppoa kaulita, se ei tartu herkästi pintoihin. Miellyttävää työstää. Ei kovin venyväisää, joten kakkua kuorruttaessa massaan mahdollisesti tulevia "kauneusvirheitä" ei saa helposti korjailtua (ainakaan minun taidoillani).
